The first track on this beat tape has more of a personal story. Last year my sister asked for a christmas present: a beat with samples of Grace Jones. I remember this one long conversation on the phone, where we spoke a lot about her past travels and nostalgic feelings in general. Back in the days she also lived in New York and i know, she has some warm memories about it. This was a huge Inspiration for this track.

The final version of "Cat in New York" is mixed by Fanu aka FatGyver, thank you for the good work!
